Cell phone protection reimburses you for repair or replacement costs when your phone is damaged or stolen—as long as you've been paying your monthly wireless bill with your covered credit card. Coverage starts the first day of the month after you make a bill payment.

What's Covered

What's NOT Covered

• •Lost or mysteriously disappeared phones

• •Normal wear and tear or manufacturing defects
• •Phones not purchased from carrier or authorized retailer
• •Phone accessories and cases

• •Didn't pay phone bill with covered card the month before incident
• •Phone bill not in cardholder's name (add yourself as authorized user)
• •Cannot verify phone IMEI is tied to your wireless account
• •Screen crack deemed cosmetic (under 2" or doesn't affect calls)
• •Damage occurred before coverage started (first of month after payment)
• •Phone is prepaid or on annual prepaid plan
• •Missed 60-day notification or 90-day claim filing deadline
• •For theft: no police report filed within 48 hours

• •Contact benefit administrator within 60 days of incident
• •Get repair estimate from authorized service provider
