kardfolio is an informational service that helps you:

• Track credit card benefits and expiration dates
• Monitor signup bonus progress and spending requirements
• Organize your card portfolio with custom labels
• Receive notifications about benefit resets and expirations

• You must be at least 18 years old to use kardfolio
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

You agree to use kardfolio only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to kardfolio. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of credit card benefit information, as terms can change without notice from card issuers.

Always verify benefit details, expiration dates, and spending requirements directly with your credit card companies before making financial decisions.

kardfolio includes an optional AI assistant called Kai. By using Kai, you agree to the following:

AI-Generated Content

• Kai's responses are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Always verify Kai's suggestions with your card issuer before making financial decisions
• Kai is not a substitute for professional financial advice

Data Processing

• Kai accesses your kardfolio wallet data (card names, benefits, usage) to provide personalized responses
• Your conversations are processed through OpenRouter, a third-party AI routing service
• Conversations are not stored on our servers and are not used to train AI models

Limitations

• Kai may be unavailable due to rate limits, service outages, or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue Kai at any time
• Kai should not be used for time-sensitive financial decisions

kardfolio offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited features including up to 5 cards and basic Kai AI usage
• Pro: Unlimited cards, email reminders, push notifications, full Task Hub access, and generous Kai AI usage
• Gold: All Pro features plus founding member status, Gold badge, and locked-in pricing

Billing & Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can manage your subscription and billing at any time from account settings
• Pro tier includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period

Refunds

• Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable

Price Changes

• We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
• Gold members have their pricing locked at their original subscription rate for as long as they remain subscribed
• You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect

The kardfolio service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Marcbex LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you input into kardfolio. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using kardfolio, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, typically within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington or through binding arbitration.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marcbex LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Marcbex LLC regarding your use of kardfolio.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. Marcbex LLC may assign its rights to any affiliate or successor.
