Welcome to kardfolio, currently in alpha testing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our credit card portfolio management service. By accessing or using kardfolio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our service.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

kardfolio is an informational service that helps you:

  • Track credit card benefits and expiration dates
  • Monitor signup bonus progress and spending requirements
  • Organize your card portfolio with custom labels
  • Receive notifications about benefit resets and expirations

IMPORTANT: kardfolio is for informational purposes only and does not provide financial, investment, or credit advice. Always verify information with your card issuers and consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.

2. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use kardfolio
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use kardfolio only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code

4. DATA ACCURACY AND LIMITATIONS

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to kardfolio. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of credit card benefit information, as terms can change without notice from card issuers.

Always verify benefit details, expiration dates, and spending requirements directly with your credit card companies before making financial decisions.

5. ALPHA TESTING

kardfolio is currently in alpha testing, which means:

  • The service is provided free of charge during alpha testing
  • Features may change, be removed, or function unpredictably
  • Service interruptions and data loss may occur
  • We may reset user data with advance notice
  • Feedback and bug reports are appreciated and encouraged

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The kardfolio service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you input into kardfolio. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service.

7. PRIVACY

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • SINCE THE SERVICE IS FREE DURING ALPHA TESTING, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $100

10. TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason during alpha testing.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, typically within 30 days.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time, especially during alpha testing. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California or through binding arbitration.
